Kristina E. Tyler, Esq. is an Attorney Medical Investigator at Schochor, Federico and Staton, P.A. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Tyler received a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology & Physiology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Translation from The University of Maryland, College Park, and then worked as a Certified Clinical Research Professional with The Sandra and Malcolm Berman Cancer Institute at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Ms. Tyler earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Ms. Tyler then went on to work as a plaintiffs' mass tort attorney to represent victims of defective drugs and medical devices. In her position with Schochor, Federico and Staton, P.A., Ms. Tyler utilizes her prior heath care and legal experience to work with clients and medical experts to thoroughly investigate potential medical malpractice cases. Ms. Tyler is a lifelong resident of Ellicott City, where she resides with her husband and two sons.
