Brooke Marshall received her juris doctorate from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2015 where she graduated cum laude. While there, Brooke was an active participant in the Weekend Law Society and received merit awards in Bankruptcy, Elder Law and Law Office Management. She specialized in General Practice, Solo Practice and Small Firm. Brooke was admitted to the Indiana Bar in May of 2016. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Indiana Supreme Court. From 2004 to 2023, Brooke was employed with Robert Crane & Associates, LLC. She began as a legal assistant, working her way up the ranks to office manager, then Associate Attorney. Upon Mr. Crane's retirement in 2023, Brooke will become the owner of the firm and will continue running operations under the new name of Marshall Law, LLC. She focuses her practice on creditor's rights, specifically consumer debt collection.
