Lauren M. Martin In-House Counsel

Lauren Martin, Esq. is the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) where she provides strategic legal counsel and related risk management advice for the ASPCA programs and infrastructure teams. Ms. Martin is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Animal Law in the Veterinary Forensics program at the University of Florida and also served as an adjunct professor at St. John’s University School of Law, where she taught Animal Law to second- and third-year law students and advised students satisfying their advanced writing requirement. Prior to joining the ASPCA, Ms. Martin worked at the law firm of Willkie Farr & Gallagher where her work focused on hedge funds and commodity pools.
