Leonardo Heidner is a licensed attorney in Brazil and New York State with over 20 years of combined international legal and private banking experience focusing on high net-worth clientele. In addition to providing consultation services to corporations on a range of global transactions, he has consulted American and International clients on cross-border transactions involving personal and commercial matters. Mr. Heidner has managed extensive non-U.S. and U.S. trust accounts, and served as a Director of the tax and corporate consulting division for an international firm, in addition to practicing tax planning and litigation for an extensive law practice. Heidner has earned a law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and an LL.M degree from Fordham Law School in Corporate, Banking and Finance.
