Leslie A. Braun is a native Californian. She was admitted to the California Bar in June 1996. Ms. Braun received her undergraduate degree from Western State University (B.A., 1994) and received her law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law (J.D., 1995). Ms. Braun is a member of the California Bar Association including Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Law Sections, San Diego Bar Association, National Association of Professional Women and The International Women?s Leadership Association. Ms. Braun's current practice includes representing developers and general contractors in construction defect complex litigation cases including defending developers and general contractors with a focus on obtaining additional insured coverage. Her current practice also includes family law cases regarding separation, dissolution (divorce), child support and visitation/custody, spousal support, division of community and separate property (real and personal), pre-marital settlement agreements, postnuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements and mediation. Ms. Braun is a Judge Pro Tem/Settlement Attorney resolving civil litigation and family law cases. During Ms. Braun's over twenty years of practice, she has also represented employees in employment law cases including discrimination, sexual harassment, business torts, contract disputes, defamation and fraud. Ms. Braun?s practice experience also includes family law, wills & trusts, juvenile delinquency law and mediation.
