Linda Kennedy draws from her 20+ years of experience to counsel clients on legal and business strategies involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights. For example, Ms. Kennedy (i) negotiates agreements such as licenses, NDAs, government contracts, (ii) enforces IP through negotiation and the federal courts, (iii) authors opinions, and (iv) prepares and prosecutes patent, trademark and copyright applications. While Ms. Kennedy prefers not to limit herself to particular technologies or industries, she has substantial experience in the automotive industry and the aerospace & defense industry.
