Linda R. Allen is a shareholder at Wolf, Rohr, Gemberling & Allen, P.A. She limits her practice to family law cases including dissolutions, custody and parenting time, post decree motions, child support, paternity, grandparents rights, third party custody, spousal maintenance/alimony, appeals, antenuptial agreements, orders for protection and harassment restraining orders. Ms. Allen is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral and also provides mediation, parenting consultant, parenting expeditor and consensual special magistrate services. Ms. Allen has been licensed to practice law since 1994 and has successfully argued at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, twice been quoted by the Associated Press, appeared on Minnesota Public Radio, testified before a House Committee regarding family law legislation, and been a faculty member for The Family Law Institute.
