Mr. Cullman is a partner in the Orange County office of K&L Gates LLP and specializes in intellectual property law. Mr. Cullman earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1993. He is admitted to practice in the states of California and Idaho as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to Lawyers of Distinction, Mr. Cullman’s other professional memberships/associations include the American Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Section of the California State Bar and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
