Lourdes Hilliard is a skilled and experienced attorney with 14 years of expertise in the industry. She practices intellectual property nationwide and estate planning in the state of Florida. Lourdes has worked extensively in matters involving intellectual property registration and protection, licensing, franchising, contracts, business law, probate, wills and trusts and family law. Through one-on-one legal counseling, she collaborates with clients to realize their personal and business goals. This includes brand protection through business development, structured intellectual property ownership and transactions, business agreements, trademark licensing, joint ventures, domain and web content protection and estate and business planning. She has spoken and advised on legal topics related to protection of intellectual property using blockchain technology and Brand Protection for the Little Guy. Hilliard is a member of the Florida Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She graduated with Honors from the University of Florida with a degree in Liberal Arts and a minor in Secondary Education. She went on to obtain a Master?s in Business Administration, with Honors, from Florida International University. In 2004, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, graduating Cum Laude.
