On June 18, 2018, Marc obtained a verdict of $7.2 Million against Con Edison and a building owner for his client that fell in a broken gas valve and suffered severe leg fractures and nerve damage. During the 3-week trial in the Bronx Supreme Court, Marc successfully moved the jury to find that Con Edison ignored Federal and State regulation requiring that it inspect and repair the defective valve. On April 6, 2017, Marc concluded a two week jury trial in the Supreme Court, Bronx County. The Jury held the defendants 100% responsible and awarded Marc?s client $13 Million, including $9 million for pain and suffering, and $4 million for medical expenses and lost wages.
