Mark J. Temkin dedicates his practice to Business Law, with an emphasis on Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Structuring, Real Estate, Tax and Estate Planning. He received his B.S. in History with Honors from the University of Wisconsin (1973) and his Juris Doctorate (1977) and L.L.M. in Taxation (1979) from Washington University in St. Louis. Mark is responsible for the Missouri Qualified Spousal Trust statute, the Missouri Cooperative Associations Act and the Missouri Anti-Referral Statutes for Physical Therapists.
