Mark Watson graduated from Yale University in 1981 and from Golden Gate School of Law in 1995. At law school, Mr. Watson was the Managing Editor of the Law Review, graduated eighth in his class and won numerous American Jurisprudence Awards. Mr. Watson’s outstanding work has been recognized in Who’s Who of American Lawyers, Who’s Who of American Law Students, and the National Dean’s List. Mr. Watson has also been interviewed by the San Francisco Recorder concerning his expertise in Real Estate Law.
Mr. Watson is an accomplished litigator and is successful in both trial and appellate courts. Mr. Watson practices in the California courts, the United States Northern District Court and the Ninth District Court of Appeals. Mr. Watson has also enjoyed a great deal of success litigating people’s claims against public entities such as cites, counties, and the State of California.
Mr. Watson is also a Certified Specialist in International Law (Golden Gate University). Mr. Watson was selected by both President Clinton and President Bush, as well as the American Bar Association, to serve as a liaison advisor to China, Thailand, and emerging Eastern European nations. Mr. Watson also worked with a group of visiting Russian businessmen to facilitate the transition of their business to the global economy.
