Martha Shen-Urquidez International Law

Ms. Shen-Urquidez, an attorney licensed in the State of California, has practiced law for more than 20 years. She is an Advocate Member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, served as faculty member for the National Institute of Trials, was a member of the Inns of Court and acted as Probation Officer for the California State Bar Association’s Office of Trials. She has served as Judge Pro Tem (temporary judge) in various civil and quasi-criminal courts and as a Court Appointed Arbitrator and Senior Protocol Officer for the California South Bay Economic Development Cooperation. More notably, Ms. Shen-Urquidez has served as attorney and training expert for seven (7) police departments in Southern California and authored both training and procedure manuals, which have been incorporated into the training program for the USA’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as well as training programs and manuals for multiple police departments across the United States. She published Defending Peace Officers in Southern California and False Claims Act Handbook for government agencies.
