Born and raised in Chico California, Medy Beauchane's legal career in workers compensation began in 1996, when he began working for an Applicant's firm , where he served as a hearing representative, managing claims for injured workers before the WCAB. In 2003, Attorney Beauchane opened his own solo practice focused on workers compensation and personal injury claims. In 2005, Beauchane joined a large statewide defense firm and in 2012, starting his focus on defense work. In 2012, he joined Mullen & Filippi, and moved through the ranks to become a senior equity partner in the firm. In 2008 Beauchane became Cal OSHA 30 certified and in 2010, a certified specialist in workers compensation law. Attorney Medy Beauchane has handled many complex workers compensation claims, including a myriad of death claims. and now represents self-insured entities, governmental entities, and insurance carriers regarding workers compensation losses and subrogation recovery claims
