Merry M. Fountain practices in the area of personal injury and has had her own law firm for eighteen years. She is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as both the Northern District and Southern District federal courts in Indiana. A graduate of Purdue University, Merry earned her J.D. and MBA from Indiana University. After working for two personal injury firms, Merry began her own personal injury practice—the Fountain Law Firm—as a solo practitioner in 1999. She primarily represents victims of auto collisions.
