Mr. Ghozland earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate degree from Tulane University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Ghozland also earned an LL.M. in securities and financial regulation from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated with distinction. Mr. Ghozland is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in California.
