It is the Mr. Heiner's belief that the only person who has rights is the person who knows what those rights are. Attorney Heiner was sworn into the Massachusetts Bar in 2012, and began work as a full-time attorney. In time, he was made a partner in the firm. Attorney Heiner assists clients in matters regarding employment law, sexual harassment, unemployment benefits, discrimination in the work-place, family and divorce law, and divorce mediation. He has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and, in addition to Lawyers of Distinction, he has received recognition from the Expert Network, and the American Institute of Legal Counsel. Attorney Heiner helps his clients by explaining the law as it pertains to their specific case, and he advocates zealously for his clients to ensure their rights are protected. After obtaining his BA from Hesser College with an undergrad degree in psychology, he attended the Massachusetts School of Law where he graduated in 2012.
