Mr. McGartland received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1986 and was admitted to practice law by the Texas Supreme Court later in 1986. He is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, Northern, Southern, Eastern & Western District Courts of Texas, and the Northern & Southern Districts of Mississippi. Mr. McGartland is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In addition to Lawyers of Distinction, Mr. McGartland’s professional memberships/associations include: American Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Bar Foundation, Tennessee Bar Association, and Tarrant County Bar Association.
