Mr. Lynch attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington and then The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1986. Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Mr. Lynch’s areas of practice include Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, Wills/Probate, Divorce/Family Law, Business/Corporate, Consumer Protection, Landlord/Tenant, Real Estate/Zoning and Residential & Commerical Leases. Mr. Lynch is the founder and managing partner of the law offices of Michael P. Lynch and he is an experienced litigator and trial attorney. Prior to opening up his practice, Mr. Lynch gained experience with both sides of the law in all realms of civil and criminal law. Mr. Lynch also was a Probate Judge for the Town of Westerly, Rhode Island from 1990 and 1992.
