Michael S. Pauley, is a licensed attorney in South Carolina, with the Pauley Law Firm, LLC, who is admitted in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. In addition to his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Mr. Pauley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Concord University, and a Master of Arts in Business from Webster University. Admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1992, Mr. Pauley?s practice experience concentrates on both State and Federal Constitutional law; civil rights law; legal ethics; governmental defense litigation; law enforcement defense litigation; general insurance defense litigation; aviation law; and, appellate litigation.
