Mike Rossi attended Arizona State University and graduated cum laude in 1994. While at ASU, he studied curriculums for both business and architecture. After college graduation, he clerked for a Judge in Columbus, Ohio and then went on the attend Capital University Law School. While in law school, he studied abroad at Sorbonne University in Paris, France, concentrating his studies on international law. In December 1997, after making the Dean’s List several times, he graduated law school in 2 1/2 years and was admitted to the practice of law in May 1998.
At the beginning of his career, he focused on insurance defense then transitioned to criminal defense work until he joined his former firm in April 2001. In just over four years, he became a partner with that firm. In November 2010, Mr. Rossi joined The Elardo Law Firm as a partner. He transitioned to The Elardo Law Firm because he recognized its steady rise over the years and wanted to be part of its growth into a preeminent firm in Phoenix. His areas of practice include wrongful death, product liability, personal injury, construction defect, and trucking litigation. He has defended 16 jury trials and has been published several times. In his spare time, he is an avid volleyball player, sports enthusiast, and scuba diver.
