Mr. Taggart has been practicing in private practice since 1986. During that time he has also been an adjunct professor for business law; small claims judge pro-temp; settlement conference pro-temp judge and moot court judge. Mr. Taggart is a litigating attorney in both civil and criminal matters. The current Office emphasis is dealing with criminal defense and civil cases relating to Elder Abuse, Immigration and Small Businesses.
