Area of Practice: Medicaid Litigation
Michael was born in Indiana, raised in South Dakota, attended undergraduate school in Minnesota and law school in Nebraska. Michael has lived and practiced law in Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois and for the majority of his career he has practiced in the state of Indiana. He lived a few years in FL where he provided consulting services and where he met and married his wife Lori. Michael spends his spare time listening to radio shows, spending time with his wife Lori, and dog Winnie. He enjoys traveling to various locations to educate the public on Estate Planning, Syngenta Litigation, and Agriculture Risk Coverage County Program (ARC-CO). He is passionate about helping those in need with their Family, Elder Care, Business, and Farm Planning.
