Michelle DiPaolo Family and Divorce Law

My years as a Prosecutor in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office provided me with extensive experience in litigation; from conducting pre-trial hearings to numerous misdemeanor and felony trials throughout in my career. When I left, I continued my career in litigation in my own practice with my husband, Anthony C. DiPaolo. My courtroom skills have allowed me to cross over into many areas of law such as family law, matrimonial matters and criminal defense. I have handled many complex custody, support, paternity, contested and uncontested matrimonial and family matters. My years of experience have made me both an effective negotiator and litigator which are valuable skills in the areas of law in which I practice. Including the practice of law, I am currently an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice at Nassau Community College, the third largest college in New York State. I teach regular seminars in trial techniques as an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University School of Law.
