Mitesh began his legal career as an attorney with the international law firm of Bryan Cave, LLP (formerly Powell Goldstein, LLP), where he served in business transactions and securities. He founded the MJ Patel Law Group in 2009 and spent a decade partnered with experienced attorneys throughout Metro Atlanta. As Mitesh honed his legal experience, he identified the best attorneys in the business, and with them, the Blue Sky Law Team evolved into the thriving practice it is today.
Mitesh is a proactive business advisor who enjoys practicing in business mergers, sales and acquisitions, exit and succession planning, private securities (fundraising for companies), partnership and corporate structuring, partnership disputes, governance (operating agreements and bylaws, stock options, and phantom stocks, to name a few), contracts, and outside general counsel representation.
