Mohad Abbass focuses on property insurance litigation and personal injury litigation. Mr. Abbass gained significant litigation and trial experience as an Assistant Public Defender in the Law Offices of the Public Defender in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, representing indigent individuals accused of criminal offenses. After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Abbass worked at a well-known Orlando defense firm specializing in first-property insurance litigation.
Mr. Abbass's civil litigation experience includes significant motion practice, taking and defending depositions, successful mediations, and trials.
