Montell Figgins graduated from Fordham University in New York City with Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration. He also received a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Montell Figgins started his career in the prestigious New York County District Attorneys Office where he was a member of the domestic violence and identity theft trial units. In 2006, Mr. Figgins started the Law Offices of Montell Figgins. Mr. Figgins has handled over 10,000 cases in the area of criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Figgins has compiled an impressive trial record resulting in multiple not guilty verdicts in many high profile cases.
