Noel earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Despite being accepted to medical school, Noel changed her career goals during her last year of undergraduate studies and decided to pursue law. Noel was accepted to several California law schools and completed her J.D. at California Western School of Law in San Diego.
After law school, Noel went to work for a boutique firm in Santa Barbara before moving to Los Angeles to pursue law. Now, back in Northern California, Noel handles cases in the areas of civil litigation, family law, estate planning, personal injury, class action, and mass torts.
