Area of Practice: Civil Tort Litigation
Olivia specializes in civil tort litigation, and her practice is focused on representing insurers and their individual and corporate policy holders in a variety of lawsuits, including automobile, personal injury, bodily injury, general liability, wrongful death, premises liability, insurance coverage, and negligent construction.
Olivia is a proud Georgia native and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Olivia served as the Senior Articles Editor of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and as the President of the International Law Society. As a law student, Olivia also had the honor of working as a judicial intern for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs in the U.S. District Court in South Carolina.
