Otto J. Shragal is a partner in the personal injury law firm of KENNETH J. ALLEN LAW GROUP, LLC. The firm limits its practice to representation of plaintiffs in serious personal injury and wrongful death litigation, exclusively. Mr. Shragal focuses his practice on representing injured workers in construction related accidents as well as litigation involving defective products. Mr. Shragal has successfully tried many cases to verdict in both the State of Indiana as well as Illinois. In 2018 one of his cases was listed among the countries' “Top 50 Verdicts in the United States.”
