I focus primarily on Elder Law, including Medicaid planning and applications, asset protection trusts, wills and probate. I work in Hancock, Shelby, Madison, Henry, Rush, Hamilton and Marion Counties. I began focusing on Elder Law over a decade ago after I dealt with my mother's Alzheimer's disease and my father's health issues and realized there was a huge need to help people deal with the aging process. Previously, I worked in Insurance Defense, including general liability, property and auto. I also have experience with complex construction loss cases, class actions and appeals. I have practiced in the Indiana and Michigan Circuit Courts, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, the United States Court - Southern District of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals - Seventh Circuit.
