Parker W. Maxwell is a founding member of Langley, Parks & Maxwell, LLC. Mr. Maxwell?s practice principally involves the areas of commercial litigation, oil and gas, real estate, labor and employment, family law and general business transactional matters. As a native of Shreveport, Mr. Maxwell is both knowledgeable and passionate about the area, which has led him to provide assistance, advice and solutions to many individuals and local businesses across Shreveport/Bossier. Mr. Maxwell received his law degree, cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2013, and his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2010. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Maxwell practiced with Hargrove, Smelley, Strickland & Langley, where he honed in his oil and gas, real estate and business practice. Mr. Maxwell also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable John Larry Lolley, Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeal, from 2013 to 2014.
