Mr. O'Brien's practice focuses on general civil litigation with an emphasis on employment, complex construction, business, trust, public entity, accounting and fraud, public entity and personal injury matters. The firm focuses on providing excellent legal services with an emphasis on excellent customer service as well.
He received his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University and his law degree from Gonzaga Law School where he was Associate Editor of the Law Review. Mr. O’Brien has successfully tried many cases to verdict, including cases involving fraud, elder abuse, accounting, public entity, real estate, automobile and construction defect. Mr. O’Brien has previously worked at major law firms in California and has served as CEO, General Counsel and Board Member for companies in the United States, the United Kingdom and Central America.
