Paul S. Beik is the founding member of Beik Law Firm, PLLC. Prior to forming Beik Law Firm, PLLC, he worked in the litigation section for a intellectual property law firm in Houston, Texas. Mr. Beik represents clients in state, federal and appellate courts of Texas and other jurisdictions across the United States.
Mr. Beik served as a law clerk to the Honorable Martha Hill Jamison in the 164th Civil District Court in Houston, Texas. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Errlinda Castillo in the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals
Mr. Beik has a broad range of litigation experience with a particular emphasis in intellectual property and business litigation. Mr. Beik's practice includes the defense and enforcement of individual and business clients in patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, breach of contract, sworn account, unfair competition, defamation, and domain name disputes, as well as other statutory and common law claims.
