Paul Gleason has worked as an employment law attorney since receiving his law license in 1991. Mr. Gleason represents plaintiffs and defendants in employment related disputes involving all forms of discrimination (physical and mental disability, gender, sex, sexual orientation, age, race, pregnancy, and national origin), harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage theft, wage and hour violations, and claims under California’s Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”). Mr. Gleason is an experienced trial attorney and member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (“ABOTA”). Mr. Gleason routinely represents clients in state and federal court and has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials on behalf of employers and employees. Before co-founding Gleason & Favarote, LLP, Mr. Gleason practiced at several large law firms including Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, LLP, where he became a partner in 1988. Mr. Gleason was also a founding shareholder of the Los Angeles office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, LLC. Mr. Gleason received his law degree in 1991 from Loyola Law School and his undergraduate degree from California State University, Long Beach.
