Perry Douglas West, served previously as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since Cambridge Energy Corporation, a publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company. He was previously a partner in the consulting firm of Cambridge Equity, Inc., which acted as consultant to various domestic and foreign minerals and oil and gas companies in Southeast Asia and Africa including Asian Energy Corp and TriMark Explorations. Formerly, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Technologies Corporation from 1995 until January 1997, a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. West co-founded American Financial Network, a NASDAQ listed company in 1985 and served as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President/General Counsel of this company from 1985 to 1991. Mr. West was admitted to the practice of law in Florida in 1974. He was graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Florida State University in 1968 with studies in government, economics and philosophy and with a Juris Doctorate degree from The Florida State University College of Law in 1974. He was graduated from US Army Engineer Officer Candidate School and served an officer with the United States Army Security Agency.
