His practice areas included complex commercial litigation, judgment enforcement, business transactions/formations and trademark filings along with other general practice areas.He currently works in our Worker's Compensation Department, serving as a strong advocate for hard working Americans. He is a frequent guest lecturer at local unions and medical organizations in the NY metropolitan area speaking on issues of claimant rights and remedies under the the Worker's Compensation Law. Peter is a graduate of the Frank G. Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University where he was the recipient of the prestigious Scott Skodnek Merit Scholarship for Academic Excellence. A graduate of Touro Law School, he worked as a summer associate for the legal division of American Home Mortgage Investment Corp. During Law School, he also interned for the Touro Not-For-Profit Corporate Law Clinic providing free legal services for Long Island and New York City based non-profit organizations.
