Peter received an undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and attended Capital University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor in 1991. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar and United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1992.
While at Capital he interned at The Supreme Court of Ohio and was a member of the Order of the Curia, a National Honorary Legal Fraternity based on academic performance.
Peter is the Managing Attorney at Cox, Koltak & Gibson, LLC. He has over 33 years of experience representing injured workers before the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and Ohio Industrial Commission. He has also represented claimants before the Court of Common Pleas in various Ohio Counties, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Ohio.
