Mr. Morris helps families and individuals in family law, divorce and criminal law matters in Galveston & Brazoria Counties and throughout Houston and Harris County. As a former police officer, principal attorney Phillip W. Morris is understanding and confident in his work. He understands how to navigate the legal process and guides his clients through any difficulties or resistance that may arise. Mr. Morris was an officer for 30 years before becoming an attorney, and he retired as the Chief of Police. Currently, Mr. Morris is an adjunct professor at Alvin Community College and teaches classes in areas of constitutional law, use of force, search and seizure procedures, and others.
