Mr. Davis attended Villanova University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 1980. Mr. Davis’ areas of practice include estate planning, charitable and gift planning, elder law, estate and trust administration as well as business formations and business and real estate transactions. Mr. Davis served as a Director on the national Board of the Christian Legal Society. In addition to being recognized for excellence in the practice of law by Lawyers of Distinction, Mr. Byler has also earned any honors, awards and accolades including the National Board of Trial Advocacy, Super Lawyers, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Martindale-Hubbel “Distinguished” Peer Rated Review, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
