As a trial attorney with more than 10 years of experience in criminal defense litigation, he is certified to practice law in all state courts of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Before starting his own firm, Wayne established a winning reputation with his clients and the legal community through a successful career with a well-respected West Palm Beach criminal defense firm. Wayne graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May 2002. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida in May 1999.
