Randy Bryan Elder Law

Randy is a Florida native, born in Milton, Florida. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1990 and graduated from the University of Miami with a Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in May 1993, serving on The University of Miami Law Review, Honor Society of the Bar and Gavel and Moot Court Board. Randy graduated in the top 7% of his class and was awarded the Order of the Coif, a prestigious award for outstanding achievement in law school. Randy is a compassionate advocate and advisor whose practice is devoted to elder law and estate planning matters. He represents individuals and their families in connection with the creation of wills, trusts and powers of attorney, Medicaid and Veteran’s benefit planning for long-term care services at home or in an assisted living or nursing home facility, special needs trusts for individuals with disabilities, estate tax/wealth transfer planning for individuals with taxable estates, as well as working with families to assist with probate or trust administration services. As the past President of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys and Co-Chair of the Florida Joint Public Policy Task Force for the Elderly and Disabled, Randy works to protect the rights of the state’s most vulnerable citizens.
