Renzo Bosoni has experience working in real estate and business law. He has represented hundreds of homeowners helping them save their homes from foreclosure by negotiating with lenders to reduce borrowers monthly mortgage payments. As part of his practice, Mr. Bosoni represents local and international investors seeking to acquire real estate in South Florida. He addresses clouds on title, negotiates lien payoffs and homeowners association debts, and handles all other legal due diligence necessary to protect his clients’ investments. He works with small businesses by helping them establish efficient structures tailored to the business goals of the client. He provides ongoing legal advice and support related to business operations. He earned his B.A. from Boston University before attending American University, Washington College of Law, where he earned his J.D. He is admitted to the Florida Bar Association.
