Mr. Binko attended the University at Buffalo School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. He has been admitted to practice in the state of New York and California since 1983 and currently practices at the Law Offices of Richard S. Binko, which is a firm that he founded himself. Mr. Binko’s areas of practice include personal injury, traffic, estate wills and probate, criminal court, real property, medical malpractice and federal court practice. In addition to being the New York State Trial Lawyers Association President, he has accomplished many other achievements including president-Elect of the 4,000+ NY State Trial Lawyers Association, membership with the American Association of Justice, immediate past chairmen of the solo practitioners and small business section of AAJ, previous president of western region affiliate of Western New York trial lawyers, published author in Trial Magazine, frequent lecturer in New York and throughout the United States and trustee of New York State Law PAC.

Mr. Binko and his staff (especially Amy!) could not have been more helpful during my long journey of this law suit. I was hurt very badly after being run over by a car and the service Mr. Binko provided me was beyond helpful, encouraging and most of all caring.
