Rick is an Idaho native who has lived most of his life in Boise, Idaho. Prior to practicing law, he worked for nearly ten years within the construction industry performing general construction and project management work for a Boise landscape construction subcontractor. He received his bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Boise State University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah College of Law. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association Litigation Section; the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry; and the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel. He has been recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers for his expertise in Construction Litigation, Lawyers of Distinction and the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer. Rick is an avid golfer and serves on the board of directors at Hillcrest Country Club.
