Richard B. Wilkinson is the General Counsel for the Oklahoma Education Association in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and has practiced in the area of education law, public sector labor and employment law, constitutional law and civil rights litigation since 1984. He has litigated numerous cases before administrative tribunals, state and federal trial courts, as well as state and federal appellate courts. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court; the United States Courts of Appeal for the Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits; the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, and the state and federal courts of Oklahoma and Arizona.
