Robert Bondar Civil Litigation

Robert Bondar received a Juris Doctor diploma from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 2006. Before entering law school, Robert Bondar earned a Bachelor of Finance degree from Drexel University Philadelphia and worked as financial and business analyst for major domestic and international financial institutions in New York and Philadelphia . Robert Bondar is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Robert Bondar practices mostly in area of commercial and civil litigation and corporate law and is an active member of the New York State Bar Association. Robert Bondar is admitted to the federal courts of New Jersey and New York and has been admitted to United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is fluent in English and Russian. Prior to starting his own practice, Robert Bondar worked as an in-house counsel with the international real estate development company. There, he worked on complex business transactions, including commercial leases, asset acquisitions and protection, and construction projects. In that role, Robert Bondar faced many different and complicated legal circumstances, which experience today proves to be extremely valuable to his clients, businesses and individuals. Robert Bondar is an experienced litigator. He has appeared in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts for trials, oral arguments, and numerous hearings on a variety of civil matters with excellent results. Robert Bondar is also capable of representation in an alternative dispute resolution setting, having assisted many clients in obtaining favorable resolutions to their problems through mediation, arbitration, and direct settlement negotiations.
