Robert Davis Criminal Defense Law

Mr. Davis has been practicing law in Southern California since 1992. With extensive civil and criminal courtroom experience, Mr. Davis has developed a reputation as one of the most accomplished and versatile attorneys in the region. Mr. Davis earned his B.A. from California State University San Bernardino. After graduation, he worked as a Legislative Aide for U.S. Congressman George Brown. Thereafter, he attended the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University. At BYU, Mr. Davis served as Editor-in-Chief for the law school's Journal of Law and Education. His professional affiliations have included the American Association for Justice, California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, American Health Lawyers' Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, The American Bar Association, Lawyers of Distinction, and Master with the Southwest Inn of Court. He has also served extensively as a Judge Pro Tem in the Superior Court for the County of Riverside in both civil and criminal courts. Mr. Davis is admitted to practice law before all State and Federal courts in the State of California.
