Ms. Harding is a Las Vegas native who graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law and is admitted to the Nevada Bar and licensed to practice in the Nevada Federal District Court. Advocating for her clients' rights and ensuring those rights are protected has always been her passion.
Ms. Harding initially focused her practice on personal injury and workers' compensation but found her true calling in family law. She finds it deeply rewarding to help clients reach resolutions in their family disputes and has represented hundreds of clients in matters including divorce, custody, child support, guardianship, termination of parental rights, and adoptions. In addition to family law, Ms. Harding has extensive experience in personal injury and criminal matters.
Ms. Harding is deeply committed to serving her community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she volunteered as a mediator and helped protect hundreds of tenants from eviction while ensuring homeowners received the necessary funds to pay their mortgages. She has also volunteered for the "Ask a Lawyer" program, represented foster children in dependency actions, and accepted pro bono cases through Southern Nevada Legal Aid. Ms. Harding was honored to be recognized by Southern Nevada Legal Aid for her commitment to pro bono work in the Las Vegas community.
During law school, Ms. Harding received the prestigious Capstone Award for her upper-division writing requirement. During her undergraduate studies, she was inducted into several honor societies, including Sigma Xi Honors Research Society, Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honors Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society, and Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. She was also active in theatrical performances and received a scholarship for her leading roles in various productions.
