Rodney F. Barganier specializes in the areas of products liability, work place injuries, road/highway design matters, injuries to children involving recreational/playground equipment and other cases involving personal injury and wrongful death.
Mr. Barganier obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree (History) from Birmingham- Southern College, and his law degree from Miles College School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama. In addition to being a graduate of Miles College School of Law, Mr. Barganier is a Professor with the Law School.
Mr. Barganier is a member of the Alabama State Bar; Magic City Bar Association ; Birmingham Bar Association; National Bar Association (NBA); Alabama Lawyers Association (NBA Affiliate Chapter);and Alabama Association of Justice. Mr. Barganier is a Past-President of the Magic City Bar. He is also a Past-President of his NBA Affiliate, Alabama Lawyers Association. Mr. Barganier also served twice as Regional Director for National Bar’s Region XI. In addition to being a member of the Birmingham Bar, Mr. Barganier serves on the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyers Program (VLP).
In 2012, Mr. Barganier was named as an “Attorney on the Rise” by B-Metro, Birmingham magazine. In 2011, Mr. Barganier was named as a “Top 40 attorney under 40” by National Bar Association/Impact.
Mr. Barganier resides in Pleasant Grove, Alabama. He is married to LaShaunda Myricks Barganier. They have two daughters, Tyra and Taylar.
